摘要
利用Abaqus有限元软件对普通C形卡环、带圆角C形卡环和卡块式3种不同的油管悬挂器锁紧机构在锁紧过程中所受的应力进行了分析。在分析时切向接触条件使用Conlomb摩擦模型,限制了卡环竖直方向的自由度,只允许卡环在水平面有位移。分析结果表明,普通C形卡环式锁紧机构的应力最大,卡块式锁紧机构的最大应力最小;带圆角的C形卡环应力分布比普通C形卡环更为均匀,过渡更为平缓;卡块式锁紧机构的最大应力明显小于卡环式锁紧机构,若能在卡块与推动环接触处增加圆角,则能进一步减小应力集中,降低最大应力值。
The finite ele locking mechanisms of tubing ment software Abaqus was adopted to make an analysis of the stress of three kinds of hanger in the locking process, including ordinary C-shaped clasp, C-shaped clasp with fillet and block type. The Coulomb friction model was applied to analyze the tangential contact condition to restrict the degree of freedom of the clasp in the vertical direction and only to allow for its horizontal displacement. The analysis shows that the locking mechanism of ordinary C-shaped clasp has the maximum stress and the block-type locking mechanism has the minimum stress. The stress distribution of C-shaped clasp with fillet is more even than that of ordinary C-shaped clasp with a smoother transition. The maximum stress of block-type locking mecha- nism is remarkably less than that of clasp locking mechanism. If the fillet is increased at the contact between block and drive ring, stress concentration can be reduced further and the maximum stress value can be decreased.
