多功能验管装置的研制与应用

Development and Application of Multifunctional Tubing Testing Device

为了解决不同现场条件下验管和泄压的问题,提高分层注水管柱密封性和封隔器密封性判别的准确率,研制了多功能验管装置。该验管装置集验管、泄流、打捞功能于一体,并可在验管后通过打捞或反洗到地面,不需要起出井下管柱。另外,可通过上提或撞击方式实现上部和下部压力的连通,避免因层间差异导致打捞载荷增加的不足,提高打捞成功率,并可实现泄流,减轻对环境的污染。现场应用结果表明,该验管装置设计合理,工艺成功率高,可满足不同现场条件下验管、打捞和泄流的要求,应用效果良好。

The multifunctional tubing testing device was developed to deal and pressure relief under different field conditions. The device integrates fishing. It can get onto ground through fishing or backwash after tubing testing with the requirement of tubing testubing testing, flow discharge and with no need of tripping the downhole string. In addition the connection of upper and lower pressures can be achieved through pulling or collision, avoiding insufficient fishing load increase caused by interlayer difference, improving the success rate of fishing, achieving flow discharge and reducing environmental pollution. The field application shows that the device is reason- able in design with a high technological success rate. It can meet the needs of tubing testing, fishing and flow discharge in different field conditions with desirable effects of application.
