摘要 针对聚驱油井管杆偏磨的问题,分析了聚驱油井的偏磨特点,研究了其偏磨机理,采取了有针对性的防偏磨措施,与此同时优选并且研制了防偏磨工具,详细分析了其优缺点并界定了其适用范围。新型防偏磨工具有如下特点:①采用特殊烧结工艺将HUMWPE材料固定在接箍上,耐磨性和摩阻系数低;②外径小,防偏磨接箍外径比扶正器小8~10 mm;③金属本体中间设计了泄流孔,能有效减少抽油杆脱扣;④具有良好的耐温及耐腐蚀性能,在产液腐蚀、结垢井中使用不影响性能。该防偏磨工具在现场应用120井次,与未使用该工具相比,平均检泵周期延长85 d。 In light of eccentric wear of tube and rod in polymer flooding well, the characteristics of eccentric wear in the well were analyzed, the eccentric mechanism was studied and the pertinent measures to prevent eccentric wear were taken. Meanwhile, the optimal selection and development of the eccentric wear preventing tool were conducted, the strengths and weaknesses of the tool were analyzed in detail and the scope of its application was determined. The new eccentric wear preventing tool has the following features. The special sintering technology is adopted to fix the HUMWPE material onto the collar; the wear resistance and friction coefficients are low; the exter- nal diameter of eccentric wear preventing collar is 8 - 10 mm shorter than that of the centralizer; the flow discharge hole is designed in the middle of the metal body ; and the temperature and corrosion resistance performance is desirable. The wear preventing tool has been applied 120 well-times on the spot and the pump inspection cycle has been lengthened by 85 days.
