摘要 为了分析天然气管道内粉尘物性对管道运行的影响,在西气东输二线霍尔果斯压气站,选择合适的取样点收集粉尘,采用体式显微镜和粒径分析仪分析粉尘样品的形态和粒径分布,采用溶剂溶解试验和无机物X射线衍射分析以检测其无机物和有机物含量及相应成分,评价过滤分离设备的运行情况,同时判断管道腐蚀程度和内涂层脱落情况。分析结果表明,该站上游天然气管道在增输后粉尘量增多,使得聚结过滤器滤心失效,同时加剧管道内壁的磨损,导致少量环氧涂层脱落。 To analyze the effect of the physical property of dust within gas pipeline on pipeline operation, the proper sampling point was selected to collect dust at the Korgas gas compressor station of the second line of west - to -east gas transmission. The stereomicroscopy and particle size analyzer were adopted to analyze the morphology and particle distribution of sample dust. The solubility test of solvents and the x - ray diffraction analysis of inorgan- ic matter were conducted to detect the content of inorganic and organic substances as well as the corresponding components. The operation of the filter and separation equipments was evaluated. Meanwhile, the degree of pipeline corrosion and internal coating desquamation were judged. The analysis shows that the dust amount rises in the upstream gas pipeline of the station after transmission increase, causing the failure of the filter cartridge of coalescing filter. Meanwhile, the abrasion of the pipeline inner wall increases, which gives rise to desquamation of a small amount of epoxy coating.
