相变换热技术在油田注汽锅炉上的应用

Application of Phase Change Heat Transfer Technology in Oilfield Steam Boiler

通过对热采注汽锅炉系统能耗统计分析,结合注汽锅炉实际能耗情况,重点研究复合相变换热技术在河南油田注汽锅炉上应用的工艺和参数,分析其应用情况及效果,总结出提高注汽锅炉运行热效率、实现节能降耗的方法。

Based on analysis of energy consumption statistics on steam boiler system and combined with the actual power consumption of the steam injection boiler, this paper especially conducts studies on the application of composite phase change heat transfer technology in steam injection boiler of Henan Oilfield, analyzes the application effects and summafizes some methods to improve boiler thermal efficiency of steam injection and achieve energy saving.
