大学生饮酒行为及动因研究

A STUDY ON ALCOHOL DRINKING PATTERN AND REASONS IN COLLEGE STUDENTS.

目的 :了解大学生的饮酒行为、饮酒动机与心理 ,探讨它们之间的相互关系。为干预问题饮酒 ,开展以学校为中心的社区预防工作提供必要的资料和依据。方法 :采用不记名问卷对 44 8名大学生进行了饮酒状况、动机与心理以及对饮酒危害性认识等方面的调查研究。结果 :男生的饮酒率为 92 .90 % ,女生饮酒率为 86 .82 % ,男女饮酒行为类型、饮酒情境和饮酒种类之间均有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;第一次饮酒动机主要是好奇心、家人同意和朋友劝 ;生活压力、朋友经常饮酒和认为饮酒能表现男子汉气概是大学生饮酒行为的主要影响因素 ,并呈正向联系。结论 :目前大学生的饮酒率高 ,其饮酒行为多受到周围人群以及心理和环境等因素的影响 ,应引起足够的重视 ,进行相关的干预措施 ,预防问题饮酒的出现。

Objective:To explore alcohol drinking pattern,reasons and the relationship between them in college students.Method:A anonymous questionaire was used in a total of 448 college students.The information was collected concerning their alcohol drinking status,motive and related factors.Results:92 92% of the male and 86 82% of the female students were alcohol drinkers.There were highly significant differences in alcohol drinking pattern,situation and types of alcohol beverage they drank between males and females( P <0 001).The motive and psychology of the first alcohol drinking were chiefly the curiosity,the family agreed to them and the friends advised.The life pressure,friends drink and mental factors were main influnce factors of alcohol drinking pattern.Conclusion:At present,the alcohol drinking incidence was high in college students.The alcohol drinking pattern was mainly affect by peer related factors,psychological factors and environmental factors.Therefore,we should take intervene measures.
