摘要
目的 :研究果酸钙片的溶出度。方法 :根据中国药典 95版所载的溶出度测定法操作。采用 4种不同酸度的溶液作溶出介质 ,对果酸钙及 4种临床常用钙剂进行了溶出度测定。结果 :果酸钙在无酸、低酸、正常胃酸及高酸条件下 ,均有良好的溶出结果。结论 :果酸钙更适合于胃酸缺乏的人群补钙。
Objective:To investigate the dissolution of calcium citrate malate tablet.Methods:According to Chinese Pharmacopeia(1995),dissolution of calcium citrate malate and other four kinds of calcium tablets has been studied in different acidic solutions.Results:The test showed that the dissolution of calcium citrate malate is best,whenever the acidity of solution is negative、low、normal or high.Conclusion:Calcium citrate malate is more suitable for achlorhydria.
