抗生殖免疫抗体与女性不孕的关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ANTI-REPRODUCTIVE ANTIBODIES AND FEMALE INFERTILITY.

目的 :分析免疫性因素与女性不孕的关系。方法 :本实验用 EL ISA方法检测年龄在 2 5～ 35岁 ,不孕史两年以上原发不孕妇女 390人 ,继发不孕妇女 2 92人血清中抗精子抗体 (ASAb) ,抗子宫内膜抗体 (AEMAb) ,抗卵巢抗体(AOVAb) ,抗绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体 (Ah CGAb) ,抗心磷脂抗体 (ACPAb)。结果 :原发不孕组 ASAb阳性为 2 2 .5 6 % ,AEMAb16 .41% ,AOVAb14.87% ,Ah CGAb14.35 % ,ACPAb12 .85 % ;继发不孕组 ASAb阳性率 18.49% ,AEMAb2 5 % ,AOVAb2 0 .2 0 % ,Ah CGAb2 2 .2 6 % ,ACPAb18.83%。统计学分析表明继发不孕组 AEMAb、Ah CGAb阳性率高于原发不孕组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,ASAb和 AOVAb阳性率两组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :上述抗生殖抗体可以干扰卵的发育、成熟、排卵、受精 ,受精卵着床、胚胎发育成熟等过程使女性生育力降低 ,而 AEMAb、Ah CGAb、ACPAb与妊娠、流产、子宫内膜炎症等有关 ,所以继发不孕组 AEMAb、Ah CGAb和 ACPAb阳性率高于原发不孕组 ,抗生殖抗体的检测将为女性不孕的诊断、治疗提供依据。

The purpose of the research was to investigate the relationship between the female in fertile and anti reproductive antibodies.The sera of 390 primary and 292 secondary infertile women,25~35 years old,were detected sera antisperm antibody(ASAb),antiendometrium antibody(AEMAb),antiovary antibody(AOVAb),anti human chorionic gonadotropin antibody(AhCGAb),anticardiolipin antibody(ACPAb) with ELISA.The results showed that ASAb positive rate was 22 56%,AEMAb 16 41%,AOVAb 14 87%,AhCGAb 14 35%,ACPAb 12 85% in primary infertile group;the ASAb positive rate was 18 49%,AEMAb 25%,AOVAb 20 20%,AhCGAb 22 26%,ACPAb 18 83% in the secondary group.The statistical analysis showed that the positive rates of AEMAb,AhCGAb and ACPAb in secondary group were higher than those in primary group( P <0 05).But the positive rates of ASAb and AOVAb were no significant difference between two groups( P >0 05).Anti reproductive antibodies can interfere the ovum mature,ovulation,fertilization,fertilied ovum embeding,fetal development and mature for resulting in the decrease of female infertile capability.Because the productions of AEMAb,AhCGAb and ACPAb have related with the gregnancy,abortion and endometritis,so the positive rates of AEMAb,AhCGAb and ACPAb in secondary group were higher than those in primary group.The detection of the anti reproductive antibodies will provide the evidences for the diagnosis and cure of female infertility.
