山东省1997年HIV血清学监测分析

ANALYSIS ON THE HIV SEROLOGICAL SURVEILLANCE OF SHANDONG PROVINCE IN 1997.

1997年山东省对 HIV/ AIDS高危人群、重点人群进行 HIV血清学检测 ,共检测 5 7372人份血清标本 ,检出 HIV抗体阳性者 4例。其中检测国家级哨点的高危人群血清标本 737人份 ,结果全部阴性。对本省 HIV监测网络的高危人群、重点人群检测血清标本 5 6 6 35人份 ,阳性 4份。其中工人 1份 ,女性 ,为 HIV感染者配偶 ;农民 3例 (2男 ,1女 ) ,均为有偿供血者。

The serological test of high risk groups and important groups of AIDS/HIV of Shandong Province were carried out in 1997,serumal samples were 57372 in total,only four cases of them were positive of the 57372 samples,737 were collected from the high risk groups of the observation post of AIDS national level,others from the high risk groups and important groups of HIV surveillance network of Shandong Province,just above stated,only from cases were positive.Of the four cases,one is a worker who is the wife of HIV carrier,others are the peasants(two males,one female) who all were paid blood donors.
