摘要
目的建立在水溶液中测定红霉素含量的新方法。方法红霉素在λ_(ex)262nm、λ_(em)65nm处能产生荧光,经β-环糊精增敏后,荧光强度大为增强,通过测定荧光强度可得出红霉素含量。结果药物制剂中红霉素含量的测定值与标示值相吻合。结论该方法可作为检测水溶液中红霉素含量的常规方法。
Objective To establish a new method for the determination of erythromycin in aqueous. Methods The erythromycin has fluorescence in λex=262nm, λcm=365nm. The fluorescence intensity increased significantly after β-cyclodextrin sensitizing. The content of erythromycin can be got by determining the fluorescence intensity. Results The measured value was coincide with the marked value for the determination of erythromyein in pharmaceutical formulation. Conclusion This method can be a normal method for the determination of erythromycin in aqueous.
