当前,对于医疗机构而言,各类设备的综合使用成本居高不下已是困绕医院的重要因素之一。本文在研究传统医疗设备售后服务的基础上,探讨新型医疗设备服务模式,并进行评价,旨在探索一条供求双方均得益,患者得实惠,而产品质量又能得到保障的新模式,同时能为管理部门提供政策制定的参考。

For medical institutions,one of the most important factors disturbing hospitals is the high cost from comprehensive application of various types of equipment currently.Based on the study of traditional customer service,this paper explores the new medical equipment service mode,and makes an evaluation,in order to explore a new medical equipment service mode which is beneficial for both of the hospitals and patients.
