胃肠道间质瘤临床病理免疫组化临床研究

目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤临床病理免疫组化临床的应用。方法:收集2010-03～2012-04期间,在我院病理中心明确诊断为胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)25例,常规检查及免疫组化染色。结果:25例中良性6例,交界性4例,恶性15例;各组间结果分析表明,在GISTs中CD 117和CD 34的表达水平差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。CD117在GISTs不同部位、良性、交界性、恶性组之间的表达水平差异无显著性意义,P>0.05。结论:在GISIs的鉴别诊断中CD117的检测具有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical pathology of gastrointestinal stromal tumors immunohistochemical and clinical application.Methods：From 2010 March to 2012April,in our hospital pathology center for the definitive diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GISTs） in 25 cases,routine examination and immunohistochemical staining.Results：In 25 cases,6 cases were benign,4 borderline cases,15 cases of malignant;each group the results show that,in GISTs CD 117and CD34 expression level differences were statistically significant,P0.01.CD 117 in GISTs different sites,benign,borderline,malignant group between expression levels have no significant difference,P0.05.Conclusions：in the differential diagnosis of GISIs CD 117detection is of great significance,it is worthy of clinical application.
