摘要
主要研究了电动自行车调速系统的实现方法、控制策略和电路原理。控制电路基于控制芯片8051单片机,通过转速传感器测量转速,通过八段数码管动态显示转速,并根据永磁无刷直流电动机的特性实施了脉宽PWM控制,在软硬件的配合下,实现了整个系统的设计要求。
The speed regulation performance of magnet brushless dc motor system controlled by single-chip microcomputer is good with small volume,energy saving,and suitable for small power work of electric bicycle.This paper mainly studies the electric bicycle speed regulation system,the realization method of control strategy and circuit principle.Control circuit is based on control chip 8051 single chip microcomputer,measures speed through the rotation speed sensor,displays the speed through the eight period of digital tube dynamic,and according to the characteristics of magnet brushless dc motor to implement the pulse width PWM control.With the cooperation of software and hardware,the system design requirements is achieved.
