摘要
雨量及酸雨监测是环保监测中十分重要的要素,对雨量分布、降雨酸碱度、空气悬浮微粒污染等参数实行多点网络化自动实时监测,快速掌握多地点的雨量及降雨酸碱度的实时数据,对防汛抗灾、决策指挥和节能减排等方面具有重要的意义,与人民群众的生活息息相关。系统涵盖了嵌入式技术、微电子技术、数字信息处理技术、现代通信技术等当代应用开发技术,是对环保部门改变其环境监控方式,提高工作效率和节省环保监测的人力、物力资源具有深远影响的一项技术。
The monitoring of rainfall and acid rain are the important factors in environmental monitoring.By the multipoint networking automatic real time monitoring on rainfall?distribution,acidity-alkalinity of acid rain and the pollution of aerosols in air,the live data of rainfall and acid rain in various places can be quickly mastered.All of these are significant for flood control and disaster reduction,decision making and commanding,energy saving and emission reduction,this work is closely related to human being.This system covers some modern applying and developing techniques,such as embedded technology,microelectronic technology,digital information processing techniques and modern communication technology.For the environment protection department,the system has a far-reaching impact of changing the ways on environmental monitoring,improving work efficiency and saving manpower and material resources.
