核潜艇艇员个性心理特征分析

Analysis of Submariners' Personality

目的 :了解核潜艇艇员的个性特点 ,因材施教为部队核潜艇艇员的选拔工作打下基础。方法 :对 145名核潜艇艇员进行了 16PF量表的测试 ,并用SPSS6 .0软件包进行统计分析。结果 :潜艇艇员这一特殊人群与成人及大学生在个性特征的许多方面存在明显差异 ,表明潜艇艇员有以下明显的个性特征 :外向 ,热情 ;思维敏捷 ;好强固执 ;活泼 ,愉快 ,热心有感情 ;冒险敢为 ,激进 ,缺乏耐心 ;心神不定 ;着重现实 ,依赖随和 ;有自信心 ;附和 ,以取得别人的好感。结论 :部队特殊的环境和管理模式是出现这些差异的根本原因。对这一特殊人群的人员进行心理评定不应以一般人群常模为标准 ,应建立自身的常模 ,并作为选拔的一个依据。

Aim: To investigate nuclear submariner's personality and provide the basis for submariner selection. Methods: 16PF scale was used to test 145 submariners and the results were calculated by SPSS6.0 for statistical analysis. Results: Submariners had the following psychological characteristics of personality: extroversion, enthusiasm, quick thinking, obstinate, vivacious, happy, warm hearted, venturous, radical, lack of patience, fidgety, realistic, confident and willing to echo other people's views to earn their good impression. Conclusion: These diversities are due to the special military circumstance and management pattern. To evaluate this special group of people cannot depend on normal norms. Special norms should be established for these people and be made a basis of psychological selection.
