Study on Model of University Student's Entrepreneurship in the Countryside Based on Rural Staying Labour

将大学生农村创业与农村留守劳动力统筹起来考虑,以组合的方式把二者结合起来,不仅能够在很大程度上解决大学生就业,而且还带动农村留守劳动力转移。建立基于农村留守劳动力的大学生农村创业模型,能够实现创业企业成本最小化,提高大学生创业成功率;同时实现留守劳动力本地转移,进而有效解决农村劳动力异地转移带来的社会问题。

Combining university student＇s entrepreneurship in the countryside and rural staying labour,the paper put forwards the model of university strdent＇s entrepreneurship in the countryside and rural staying labours transfer, which can solve the employment problem of undergraduate and promote staying labour transfer to a great extent.The entrepreneurship model based on rural staying labours minimizes the total cost of enterprise, enhances enterpries＇s success ratio,and realizes rural staying labour＇s local employment,which can solve the social problems of inter-province shifts effectively.
