摘要
高职院校已从规模发展逐渐过渡到深化内涵建设阶段,但发展仍存在诸多问题。以国家骨干高职院校建设为契机,根据高职院校当前的发展特点,运用系统基模分析方法,建立高职院校的发展"成长上限"、人才培养模式改革"成长与投资不足"、双师型教师队伍"成长与投资不足"三个系统基模,进行深入分析,寻求解决问题的"杠杆解",进而提出高职院校示范带动及可持续发展的相关对策。
Vocational colleges,starting with expanding their scale,have turned into the stage of developing their characters.However,there are some problems in their development.In terms of the current situation,taking the construction of national key vocational colleges as a turning point and applying the system archetype,three archetypes of ＂limits to the growth＂of vocational colleges,＂shortage of growth and investment＂of personnel training reform and ＂shortage of growth and investment＂of double-qualified teachers are set up to make further analysis and seek solution to problems.Suggestions on promoting model vocational colleges and their sustainable development are presented.
