眼视光技术专业人才培养方案的确立,首先要科学分析、定位明确;其次要以就业为导向,坚持职业性、应用性、针对性,以职业岗位能力培养为主要目标,将职业资格标准的相关要求融入教学;再次要加强实训基地内涵建设。

Scientific analysis and correct orientation should be made first in the establishment of the optometry tech- nology talent cultivation plan. Then the scheme must aim at profession, application and orientation with the guid- ance of employment. The main target of the major focuses on the cultivation of professional ability, integrating the occupation qualification standard into teachings. The last important step is to strengthen the connotative construction of practice bases.
