摘要 干细胞因子 (SCF)是一种重要的多功能细胞因子 ,它能刺激早期干细胞的增殖及定居 ,单用或伍用其它细胞因子能刺激造血集落细胞的增生、增大 ,为人类重要的造血生长因子之一 ,可应用于致死性急性照射后的造血恢复、放化治疗和骨髓功能衰竭后贫血及其它难治性贫血的治疗等。现已实现了SCF的基因克隆及基因工程表达。
