我国社区矫正执行力量的专门化

社区矫正作为相对于监狱矫正的非监禁刑罚执行方式已经正式写入我国刑法。但目前法律缺乏对执行机关和执行人员的具体规定,社区矫正工作能否取得良好成效取决于社区矫正的执行力量。为保证社区矫正的执行效果,有必要对我国社区矫正的执行力量予以专门化。

Whether community correction can get good results depends on the community correction executive power. To guarantee the implementation of the effect of community correction, it is necessary to specialize the executive power in the community correction of our country.
