basecl on the actual status of Nanchang, this paper analyzes the internal conditions and external environment of the budget hotels in Nanchang by using the SWOT analyzing method, which includes quantitative analysis and quahtatlve analysis, l here are strengths and weakness, and opportunities are more than threats. It holds that the reversal strategy can be adopted, such as innovating the management idea andsengthening, cooperation with tourism colleges and universities.
