河南省高校排球选项课师资队伍现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Volleyball Elective Course's Teachers of Colleges and Universities in Henan Province

排球选项课教学是高校体育选项课教学的重要组成部分。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对河南省13所高校的排球选项课教师队伍的结构现状进行调查和研究,并针对存在的相关问题,提出一些相应的建议,以促进我省高校排球选项课的健康、和谐发展。

Volleyball elective course is an important part of college sports elective course teaching. Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and expert interview, this paper makes investigation on volleyball elective course teachers＇ structure and condition from 13 universities in Henan province and puts forward some sug- gestions based on existing problems. The main purpose is to promote the health and harmonious development of college volleyball elective course in Henan province.
