高校体育教学中渗透心理健康教育的探索与研究

Study on the Infiltration of Mental Health Education in Physical Education Teaching

通过文献资料法对体育教学中的心理健康教育进行分析,认为心理健康教育是国家体育教学改革的新思维和新理念,是体育教学的重要目标之一。把握体育教学与心理健康教育的相互关系,了解体育教学中渗透着心理健康教育。在体育教学中不断更新教育观念,改进教学方法,积极渗透心理健康教育,促进学生的身心健康地发展。

Based on literature review, this paper analyzes the mental health education in physical education teaching, points out that mental health education is the new idea and concept of national physical education re- form. Grasping the relationship of physical education teaching and mental health education, and understanding the infiltration of mental health education. In physical education teaching, we should update education idea, improve teaching method, positively infiltrate mental health education and promote students＇ physical and mental health development.
