摘要
本人通过多年的教学实践以及查阅大量文献资料对民办高职太极拳的教学提出一些自己的看法,希望能给学校的太极拳教学提供一些启示。
Based on many years＇ teaching practice and literature review, this paper puts forward some ideas of private higher vocational physical education teaching of Taijiquan. The main purpose is to provide some suggestions for school Taijiquan teaching.
