人本原理在高校高水平运动员管理中的应用

Application of Human Principle in College High Level Athlete Management

随着社会的发展,高校已经成为体育人才的培养基地,体育与高等教育相结合已是体育人才培养的一种新模式。作为管理学核心原理的人本原理,已被越来越多的人理解和接受。笔者从人本原理的原则出发,对高校高水平运动员的管理提出建议,希望能对促进高校高水平运动队的建设提供理论参考。

With the social development, colleges have become the training base of sports talents. The combination of sports and university is a new mode of sports talent cultivation. As the core principle of management, human principle has got more and more people＇ s understand and accept. From the point of human principle, this paper louts forward suggestions on college high level athlete management. The main purpose is to provide the theoretical reference for promoting the construction of college high level sports team,
