This article describes an embedded network communications interface circuits which based on the $3C2440A ARM9 microprocessor. It uses Ethernet controller chip CS8900A to implement network interconnection, and introduces the design ideas of hardware circuit and software. The program has a simple hardware circuit, low cost and reliable performance characteristics.
