自蔓延高温合成镍钛形状记忆合金的生物医学基础研究——第三部分:毒理学实验 被引量:6

摘要 目的:对自蔓延高漫合成钛镍形状记忆合金进行毒理学研究。材料和方法:应用孔隙率为70%的SHS NiTiSMA多孔体漫提液,进行急性毒性试验、Ames试验、CHL细胞染色体畸变试验和骨髓多染红细胞微核试验。结果:小白鼠急性毒性试验:灌胃组和静脉给予组均全部存活,未见毒性反应。Ames试验:鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变菌落数均不高于自发回变数,也未呈现剂量反应关系。中国仑鼠肺成纤维细胞染色体畸变试验,畸变率与对照组没有显著性差别。NIH品系小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验,结果与对照组无显著差异。结论:自蔓延高温合成钛镍形状记忆合金多孔体无毒,哺乳动物体内外试验表明无致突变特性。 Purpose. Study the toxicology of the porosint of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis NiTi shape memory alloy (SHS NiTi SMA). Material and Method. Leaching liquor of the porosint of SHS NiTi SMA was used in Toxicolgical studies, which include: acute toxi-city test, Ames test, chromosome aberration test and micronucleus test. Results. All the mice in both per os group and intravenous group were alive without any acute toxicity reaction. Mutation of Salmonella typhus test was negative. There is no significant difference between the experiment group and the compared group in both chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus test. Conclusion. The SHS NiTi SMA has no acute toxicity, no mutagenic effect either.
