摘要
目的:研究新一代医用刚质聚合物的植入动物后的变化情况,方法:根据美国材料协会(ASTM)标准中有关用于外科植入的聚合物材料相容性评价实施标准,对新一代医用刚质聚合物进行外科植入动物试验。结果:试验样品和对照样品周围组织出现的变化同步。结果:新一代刚质聚合物与已在临床上应用的聚合物具有相同的生物相容性。同样可作为人工材料应用于临床。
Objective:To study the implant animal of the new medical polyethylene. Method: According to ASTM standards on medical and surgical meterials and devices, we studied on surgical implant animal of the new medical polyethylene. Results: To show that the changes of muscular tissue implanted the new polyethylene were consistent with the polyethylene. Conclusion:The biocompatibility of the new medical polyethylene is the same as that of polyethylene. As the artificial articular material, the new medical polyethylene can be applied to clinic.
