县域义务教育资源配置现状及对策研究

A Research on Present Situation and Measures in Compulsory Education Resources Allocation of County

县域义务教育的均衡发展,关系到我国义务教育事业发展的大局,是促进我国区域教育均衡发展的重要组成部分。民权县是河南省贫困县,近年来国家虽然对义务教育大量投资,但像民权这样的贫困县由于地方经济发展的局限,义务教育阶段教育资源配置仍然存在不均衡现象。笔者针对义务教育资源配置不均衡现象提出有效的对策和建议,从而推进县域内义务教育阶段教育资源均衡配置。

The balanced development of compulsory education in the counties plays a crucial role in the overall development of China＇ s compulsory education. Minquan County is a poor county, although our country have funded a lot in ordr to develop the compulsory education, yet there are still many problems existing in the allocation of compulsory education resources in Minquan County. The paper proposes some proper and effective ways and sugggestions for the the future development of a balanced allocation of compulsory education resources in the county.
