环柄式外固定器在马蹄内外翻足截骨融合术中的应用

Design and application of ringhandle type external fixator in arthrodesis for the treatment of talipes equinovarus or equinovalgus

目的 观察环柄式外固定器在马蹄内外翻足截骨融合术中的应用效果。方法 2 9例 36足行足跗二关节、三关节截骨融合术 ,并应用环柄式外固定器固定。结果 随访 2 9例 ,随访时间 9～ 30个月 ,36足全部骨性融合。 33足外观基本正常 ,恢复三点负重 ,步态平稳。优良率 91 7%。结论 该外固定器固定可靠 ,观察方便 。

Objective To observe the effect of ringhandle type external fixator (RTEF) in double or triple joints arthrodesis Methods 29 cases with 36 feet were treated with RTEF in double or triple arthrodesis Results 29 patients were followed up from 9 to 30 months 36 feet showed solid bony union and 33 feet obtained a fairly normal contour, three pointed weight bearing and stable gate, and 91 7% feet revealed excellent results Conclusion The external fixator gives reliable fixation, convenient examination and satisfactory effect
