1～11岁先天性马蹄内翻足治疗方法改进

Treatment of congenital talipes equinovarus of 1～11 year old patients with modified external fixation frame

目的 介绍自行设计的外固定架治疗 1～ 11岁先天性马蹄内翻足的方法和效果。方法 根据足的大小选用 3套外固定架 ,固定准确穿过胫骨、跟骨、跖骨的 3枚克氏针 ,通过调整固定架螺杆上的螺母逐渐矫正马蹄内翻足 ,使病足达到或接近正常足的外形和功能。结果 按Garceau标准评定疗效。松软型 :优 13足 ,良 7足 ,可 1足 ,优良率 95 2 % ;僵硬型 :优 4足 ,良 5足 ,可 3足 ,差 6足 ,优良率 5 0 %。总优良率 74 3%。结论 该方法效果确实 。

Objective The self designed external fixation frame was used to treat the patients with congenital talipes equinovarus of patients of 1～11 year old and the method and effect were introduced. Methods 3 sets of the frame were made based on the patients foot size to fix 3 nails through tibia, calcaneus and metatarsus respectively, and the deformity of talipes equinovarus was corrected gradually by adjusting nut in screw arbor of the frame. The feet shape and function might recover to normal or relatively normal through treatment. Results The results were assessed by Garceaus criterion. For 21 slack type feet, 13, 7 and 1 patient obtained excellent, good and favorable results respectively. For 18 stiff type feet, 4,5,3 and 6 patients achieved excellent, good favorable and bad results, respectively. The combined excellent and good rate was 95 2% and 50% in slacked type and stiffed type respectively. The total excellent and good rate was 74 3%. Conclusion The method has definite results and clinical value.
