哈尔滨市2011年病毒性腹泻流行病学研究 被引量：3

摘要 病毒性腹泻是一组由多种病毒引起的急性肠道传染病，轮状病毒、杯状病毒（诺如病毒和札如病毒）、星状病毒和肠道腺病毒是主要病原。临床特点为起病急、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻，排水样便或稀便，伴有发热等全身不适症状。病死率不高，但发病率高，在全球感染性疾病中位居第三，
