乡村旅游服务品牌的内化管理

摘要 始于20世纪80年代的中国乡村旅游蓬勃发展,近年来,学术界对乡村旅游实践给予极大关注。本文在分析乡村旅游服务质量问题的基础上,以乡村旅游服务品牌的内化管理为切入点,重点研究乡村旅游服务品牌内化概念、模式与实现途径,为乡村旅游品牌建设提供借鉴与参考。
