一种新的去除硬质合金表面涂层的方法研究

摘要 采用NaOH熔融混合液对废旧硬质合金表面涂层的去除进行研究。目测观察试样表面颜色变化,扫描电镜分析微观表面形貌,并通过能谱仪分析涂层表面成分。分别讨论了熔液温度与保温时间对涂层的去除效果、回收基体质量的影响。实验表明,NaOH熔融混合液可以有效地去除涂层硬质合金的表面涂层物,在700℃、40min条件下能够得到最佳去涂层效果,而不损害基体。 This paper conducts a study on removal of the coat of discarded cemented carbide by means of molten NaOH mixed liquor. Various methods are used to observe surface, like observing the changes of sample surface color by eyes, analyzing microscopic surface texture by SEM, and analyzing the coat surface composition by EDS. This paper discusses the influence of melt temperature and soaking on effect of the removal of coat and recycle of substrate respectively. Experiments show that, molten NaOH mixed liquor can wipe off the surface coat- ing on coated cemented carbides effectively, and under the condition of 700℃ and 40 minutes, the best result of removal of coating without damaging substrate has been achieved.
