江西企业自主创新能力培养机制研究

Research on Jiangxi Enterprises' Independent Innovation Ability Cultivation Mechanism

本文通过分析影响企业自主创新能力的因素及机制,并结合江西企业自主创新能力调研进行剖析,指出制约江西企业自主能力创新的关键瓶颈,提出完善措施,为江西企业自主创新能力培养提供实践思路。

Through the analysis of the factors and mechanisms that influence the capability of independent in- novation, and combined with the Jiangxi enterprise capability of independent innovation research, this paper pointes out the key bottleneck that restricts Jiangxi enterprise independent innovation ability, and puts forward the promotion countermeasures to provide practical ideas for independent innovation ability cultivation of Jiangxi en- terprises.
