摘要
2012年5月4日发布的《互联网行业"十二五"发展规划》提出,2015年电子商务交易额达到18万亿元,并要求积极推进第三方电子商务平台建设和移动电子商务的规模应用。我国电子商务将迎来加速发展的重要时期。在现今我国电子商务如此高速发展的情况下,却有着诸多诚信问题制约着我国电子商务的发展。本文通过分析电子商务企业与消费者的主要特征以及电子商务诚信问题的表现形式,对电子商务诚信问题根源性进行分析,并提出相应解决办法。
On May 4th 2012, the MITT published The Intemet Industry's 12th Five Year Plan, which proposed e - commerce transactions to reach 18 trillion yuan in 2015 and actively promote the construction of third - party e - commerce platform, and the size of mobile e - commerce application. E-commerce will usher in a period of ac- celerated development of opportunities in China. In the case of the rapid development of electronic commerce in China, a lot of honesty problems restrict the development of e - commerce in China. This article can recommend appropriate solutions by analyzing the main features of e - commerce businesses and consumers, manifestations of e - commerce credit, and analysis for the integrity of the source of the problems of electronic commerce.
