Exploring the Mode of Culturing Postdoctoral Teachers——Through the Example of Yanshan University

以燕山大学为例,介绍高校师资队伍建设和博士后工作发展的现状,分析了高校发展师资博士后制度的原因,研究了高校实行师资博士后制度的现实条件和基础,并探讨了未来高校师资博士后人员的培养模式。

Through the example of Yanshan University,this paper introduces the temporary development of teacher and postdoctoral work in colleges, analyzes the reasons for building the postdoctoral teacher institution, searches the factors and basis of implementing this kind of institution, and lastly explores the future mode of cul- turing the postdoctoral teachers.
