文章以《中华人民共和国信息公开条例》和《高等学校信息公开办法》为依据,认为我国高校信息公开年度报告制度还存在着不足,并且提出了相应的解决办法。

In this paper, according to the Regulations of the People＇ s Republic of China on Open Government Information and the Measures of Open University Information, the authors believe that the annual report system of open university information still exist some shortages, and propose some corresponding solutions.
