摘要
英国实行医药分业,对医疗服务和药品采取不同的费用支付制度。对医院、专业医生、全科医生、牙科医生及社区药剂师等不同的医疗服务人员,费用支付制度不尽相同。同样,英国对药品的费用支付,除了建立药品价格折让制度外,针对品牌药和通用药的不同,对其支付价格的确定方式也不同。
Separation of dispensing from prescription （SDP） is a basic system for British National Health Service system（NHS）. The mechanism NHS pays the health care provides is different from what it pays drugs. As to health care provides, the payment methods and standards are various for hospital, special doctors, general practitioners, dentists and community pharmacists. Similar, the prices paid for branded drugs and generic medicines are determined in different ways while claw back policy is implemented.
