摘要 为了减弱传统磁悬浮开关磁阻发电机内悬浮力绕组与发电绕组之间存在的强耦合问题,并改善悬浮力性能,提出了一种新型的磁悬浮开关磁阻发电机。结合电机结构说明了运行机理,并基于磁通分布以及绕组磁链的有限元计算结果推导了数学模型。该发电机的混合定子上依次设置悬浮极和发电极,可以减弱悬浮和发电子系统的耦合影响,实现二者的独立控制,并且悬浮极与转子齿的对齐面积等于转子齿宽,可以在发电机运转过程中产生恒定的悬浮力,增强径向负载能力,改善悬浮性能。有限元仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。 In order to diminish the nonlinear coupling between radial force winding and generating winding, and improve the radial force in traditional bearingless switched reluctance generators (BSRG), a novel BSRG was formulated in this paper. After illustrating the basic structure and running principle, its mathematical model was deduced based on the finite element method analysis results of magnetic flux distribution and winding flux linkage. Its hybrid stators consist of suspending poles and generating poles in turn. The coupling between the suspending subsystem and the generating subsystem can be decreased, and then these two systems can be separately controlled. The aligned area under suspension pole equals to the rotor tooth width, and the radial force can keep invariable during the rotation process. With this novel BSRC~ the self-suspension performance can also be improved. In the end, finite element method analysis results validate the proposed methods.
