肾病综合征治疗过程中反复呼吸道感染的临床实践

Recurrent Respiratory Infections of Clinical Practice in Nephrotic Syndrome Treatment Process

目的:探讨肾病综合征患儿易发呼吸道感染的病因病机及相应对策;方法:通过参阅相关文献,阐述肾病综合征患儿反复呼吸道感染的病因病机,结合临床经验,总结归纳相应的对策和方法;结果:肾病综合征患儿呼吸道感染的病因病机更加复杂,滋肾阴、温肾阳、养心阴、补肺脾、清热毒可减少肾病综合征患儿罹患呼吸道感染的机会,同时可预防肾病反复;结论:肾病综合征患儿反复呼吸道感染与一般患儿的反复呼吸道感染在病因病机及治疗方法上存在较大差异,滋肾阴、温肾阳、养心阴、补肺脾、清热毒等方法是行之有效的方法。

Objective：The etiology,pathogenesis and the related corresponding countermeasures for the children with Nephrotic syndrome suffer from recurrent respiratory tract infections will be discussed.Methods：Through the related literature,the etiology and pathogenesis for respiratory tract infection of children who have Nephrotic syndrome will be explained,and the corresponding countermeasures will be summed up based on the clinical experience.Results：The etiology and pathogenesis of the respiratory tract infections of children with Nephrotic syndrome is quite complicated.The methods such as nourishing kidney yin,warming and recuperating kidney yang,tonifying the heart yin,invigorating lung and spleen,clearing heat and toxic could be used to reduce the opportunity of children with Nephrotic syndrome suffering from recurrent respiratory tract infections,and prevent repeated nephritic at the same time.Conclusion：It is considerable different in the etiology and pathogenesis treatment method between children with Nephrotic syndrome suffering from recurrent respiratory tract infections and other children.The methods such as nourishing kidney yin,warming and recuperating kidney yang,tonifying the heart yin,invigorating lung and spleen,clearing heat and toxic are effective.
