咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Application Therapy of Kechuan Powder for Chronic Bronchial Asthma in the Persistent Phase

目的:观察咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的临床疗效。方法:将58例支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者随机分为对照组与咳喘散穴位敷贴组(简称敷贴组),对照组患者给予平喘对症等西药基础治疗;敷贴组患者在给予基础治疗的同时加用咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗,疗程为6周。观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分变化、肺功能[最大呼气流量(PEF)、第一秒呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1)]及治疗后1年内的急发次数情况。结果:对照组总有效率为64.28%,敷贴组为86.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。敷贴组在改善支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者中医证候积分、ACT积分及减少患者1年内急发次数、提高肺功能PEF、FEV1水平方面的疗效皆优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床疗效显著,可明显减轻症状,控制发作,减少急发次数,改善肺功能,从而减缓疾病进展的目的,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application therapy by Kechuan Powder on chronic bronchial asthma in the persistent phase. Methods ：58 cases were randomly divided into control group and acupoint application of Kechuan Powder group（ acupoint application group）. The patients in the acupoint application group mainly received acupoint application by Kechuan Powder. The patients in the control group were given Western medicine therapy only. All the treatment lasted for 6 weeks. It was to observe integral change of syndromes in Chinese medicine before and after treatment, scores of ACT, pulmonary ventilation function[ peak expiratory flow（PEF） ,force expiratory volume in the first second（ FEV1 ） ], and frequency of acute at- tack in 1 year after treatment. Results ：The total effective rate was 64.28% in control group and was 86.67% in acnpoint application group, indicating significant difference in comparison （P 〈 0. 05 ）. It was discovered that the therapy in acupoint application group improved integral efficacy on syndromes in Chinese medicine and scores of ACT for the patient of chronic bronchial asthma in the persistent phase,reduced the frequency of acute attack in 1 year and increased PEF and FEV1 levels in pulmonary func- tion,which was superior to those in control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupoint application therapy by KCP may relieve the clinical symptoms of asthma, diminish the times of asthma attack and improve the control level of asthma. And using acupoint application with KCP can improve the lung function of chronic persistent asthma patients with mild or midrange degree. The therapeutic effect was significant. So Acupoint application therapy by KCP is an effective treatment of bronchial asthma.
