从“脾肾两虚”论治少弱精子症58例

Treatment Determination of Oligospermia and Asthenospermia Based on Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

目的:观察健脾益肾法(续断种子方)治疗少弱精子症的疗效。方法:120例患者按简单数字随机分为两组,分别用续断种子方作为治疗组60例和黄精赞育胶囊作为对照组60例治疗,疗程均为3个月进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.9%(51/58例),女方妊娠6例;对照组总有效率为78.8%(45/57例),女方妊娠3例,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组精子浓度、a+b级精子和精子活率治疗后提高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:续断种子方能提高少弱精子症的临床疗效。

Objective：To study the effect of invigorating spleen and kidney therapy（ Xuduan Zhongzi Decoction）on treating oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods：The study was conducted in 120 patients. They were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group（ n = 58 ）and control group（ n = 57 ）. Two groups were treated for one course all. In treatment group,the therapy was given Xuduan Zhongzi Decoction in 3 months per period;in control group, basic therapy was given Huangiing Zanyu Capsules in the same way as in treatment group. Results ： The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.9% , which was significantly higher than that（78.8% ）in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group was treated for one course and showed an significant difference on the levels of characteristic parameters of sperm including sperm concentration, mo- tility, morphology and fertilization rates. Conclusion ： Application of Xuduan Zhongzi Decoction on treating oligospermia and asthe- nospermia, will promote sperm quality.
