冠心康对镉染毒大鼠镉蓄积和锌、钙浓度的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine Compound on Fetal rat Accumulating Cd and its Impacting on the Concentration of Zn and Ca

摘要 目的:观察冠心康颗粒剂对镉染毒大鼠镉蓄积及脏器钙、锌稳态变化的影响,分析中药对镉染毒大鼠的保护作用和可能机制。方法:镉染毒大鼠补锌及中药干预60天,处死后对心、肝和肾中镉、锌、钙含量进行测定;结果:与空白组比较,各染镉组大鼠心、肝、肾中镉浓度均明显升高(P<0.01),模型组伴钙含量升高和锌含量下降(P<0.01);补锌组及冠心康各组与模型组比较,心、肝、肾镉蓄积量明显减少(P<0.01),钙、锌含量变化亦有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:镉可在体内蓄积并引起钙、锌稳态失调,锌和冠心康颗粒剂可以减少镉蓄积,并拮抗镉对机体锌、钙稳态的干扰。 Objective : To explore the protective effects of Chinese compound prescription on Cd accumulation and its impact of concentration of Zn and Ca of Cd - toxieosis - rats. Methods : Cd feed and interventions experiment of rat was conducted for 60 days. Livability and the concentrations of Cd, Zn and Ca in heart,liver and kidney were observed and determined. Results:com- pared with the control group, in each group rats feeded with Cd, the concentrations of Cd in hear,liver and kidney of rats were sig- nificantly higher( P 〈 0. 01 ), and in model group, Ca concentration was increased and Zn concentration was reversed (P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the model group, Cd concentrations in those organ of rats in Zn feed group and Chinese compound feed group were significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 01 ), simultaneously, Zn concentration was significantly increased and Ca concentrations were signif- icantly decreased( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Cadmium can accumulate in the organ and cause deeompensatation of Zn and Ca,feeding Zn or Chinese compound can decrease the accumulation of Cd and maintain constant concentrations of Zn and Ca.
