中医药防治大肠癌临床研究进展

Clinical Research Advances of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment and Prevention of Colorectal Cancer

大肠癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,并且发病率在世界范围内呈现出逐年上升的趋势。目前大肠癌的治疗,主要是以手术为主的综合疗法,但术后易发生复发和转移,其远期总体疗效较差。中医药具有整体作用强、毒副作用小、临床疗效确切、经济实惠等优势。同样,中医药对手术后、放化疗后的大肠癌患者具有较好的治疗效果,特别是能延长大肠癌术后患者的生存期,提高生存质量,抑制大肠癌复发和转移中发挥着重要作用,是临床防治大肠癌的重要手段。

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system and its incidence rates worldwide have been on an upward trend. Currently, it is mainly treated by combination therapy based on surgery, but patients are prone to recurrence and metastasis ,resulting in poor overall effect in the long run. The Chinese medicine has such advantages as strong overall effect, little toxic side effects, proven clinical efficacy, cost - effectiveness, etc. Meanwhile, Chinese medicine has a better therapeutic effect for patients with colorectal cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, particularly in terms of prolonged survival time and improved quality of life. As an important means in prevention and treatment of eolorectal cancer, it plays an important role in pre- venting its recurrence and metastasis.
