摘要 硒是一种重要的食物源抗氧化剂 ,在体内以硒代半胱氨酸形式参与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、碘化甲腺原氨酸脱碘酶等多种蛋白质的形成 ,具有重要的生理学作用。含硒化合物具有多种药理活性 ,HoMePAESe是第 1个口服有效的含硒抗高血压药物 ,ebselen已作为缺血性卒中的治疗药物进入Ⅲ期临床 ,其他还有抗炎。 Selenium is an important dietary antioxidant with physiological actions. It takes part in the formation of some crucial proteins such as glutathionine peroxidase,iodothyronine 5' deiodinase,and thioredoxin reductase in the form of selenocysteine.Some selenium containing compounds with pharmacological activites have been studied for the potential use in treatment of hypertension ,inflammation,and cancer.
