A NEW ANTITUMOR DRUG——OXALIPLATIN

摘要 乐沙定 (左旋反式二氨环己烷草酸铂或顺式 草酸 左旋反式 环己烷铂 )是一种新型第三代铂类化合物 ,已在体内外试验中显示出抗多种肿瘤细胞株 ,包括顺铂和卡铂耐药细胞株的活性。单一或联合治疗多种类型肿瘤显示出良好的应用前景 ,本文将对其作用机制、抗瘤谱。 The mechanism of action, antitumor spectrum, toxicity ,and clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin,a new platium compound of the third generation,were reviewed in this paper.
