摘要
针对巷道顶板岩层变形不协调产生的离层量过大会使锚杆失效的问题,对离层产生的锚杆附加应力建立弹性力学模型,根据岩层相对移动时拉拔载荷对锚杆的作用机理,得出离层作用下锚固体的应力分布形式,分析发现:在相同离层位置条件下,离层值越大,离层对锚杆产生的附加应力就越大;在相同离层值条件下,锚杆中心处应力最小,越靠近边缘离层产生的附加应力越大,离层位置和锚固体的轴力、剪应力呈非线性关系。
According to the bolt failure problems caused by the over large bed separation occurred by the deformation incoordination of the roadway roof strata, an elastic mechanics model of the bolt additional stress occurred by the roof bed separation was established. According to the bolt pulling load to the bolt function mechanism during the relative movement of the strata, the stress distribution mode of the an- chored mass under the roof bed separation function was obtained. The analysis found that under the condition of the same roof bed separa- tion location, the higher roof bed separation value, the higher the additional stress occurred from the bolt by the rood bed separation would be. Under the condition of the same roof bed separation value, the stress at the center of the bolt would be minimum, the additional stress occurred closed to the boundary roof bed separation would be higher and the axial force and shearing stress of the roof bed separation loca- tion and the anchored mass would be in a nonlinear relationship.
