子宫肌瘤宫、腹腔镜诊疗现状与进展

The application of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids

子宫肌瘤是妇科临床常见多发疾病,依据肌瘤生长部位可产生不同临床症状。宫腔镜手术以其经自然腔道切除肌瘤,治愈贫血、恢复患者生育功能等优势,已经成为黏膜下肌瘤首选治疗方式;腹腔镜手术则以其创伤小、恢复快等正在逐步取代传统的开腹手术,成为肌壁间和浆膜下子宫肌瘤治疗的常规术式。近年来,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤消融术、子宫血管阻断术等微创伤手术方法也被应用于子宫肌瘤的治疗并取得一定临床疗效。

Recently, the minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopic fibroid ablation and uterine blood vessel blockage have also been applied in the uterine fibroids treatment, and some clinical curative effects have been achieved.
