大鼠脑缺血再灌流时检测血中脑细胞胞浆酶的意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :研究大鼠脑缺血灌流时脑细胞胞浆酶含量的变化及其临床意义。方法 :采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清肌酸激酶 ( CK)、肌酸激酶脑型同工酶 ( CK-BB)、乳酸脱氢酶 ( LDH)以及天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶 ( AST)的含量。结果 :脑缺血 2 0 min,血中 CK、CK-BB和 LDH的含量明显高于假手术组 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。脑缺血再灌流后血中 CK、CK-BB、LDH和 AST的含量明显高于假手术组和脑缺血组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :脑缺血再灌流时血中胞浆酶的活性增加 ,检测血中胞浆酶含量可反映脑缺血组再灌流时细胞膜的损害程度。 Objective:To study the changes of serum cytosolic enzymes in rats after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.Methods:Serum cytosolic enzymes creatine kinase(CK) and its brain band isoenzymes(CK BB)、lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were measured with autobiochemicalanalyzer.Results:The activities of serum CK、CK BB and LDH in ischemia group increased significantly compared with sham operated group( P <0.05 or P <0.01).After reperfusion,those engymes were markly higher compared with ischemia group and sham operated group( P <0.01).Conclusion:The activities of cytosolic enzyme increased significantly during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Detecting cytosolic enzymes may reflect the functions of cell membrane.
